Dear Friends,
We recently had the privilege of hearing from one of the most anointed psalmists we have ever heard, and we wanted to tell you about his powerful ministry.

Andrew Ironside and his team came and ministered at Faith Life Church both in our services and in a special worship service on a Wednesday evening. We have to tell you, we were blown away!

We have all read about how David played the harp for Saul and how it drove out the tormenting spirits. And we have read about Jehoshaphat sending the worship team ahead of the army and how God brought victory to Israel that day because of it. It is very clear all throughout the Bible that worship music has the power to drive out the enemy.

When Andrew played the harp, flute and other instruments in our services, it was as if the peace of God fell over us like a blanket!

People wept as God penetrated deep into their hearts and opened their eyes to His wonder and love. Andrew’s instrumentation was power-packed, mdoern, amazingly proficient and actually quite mind blowing.

Then on Wednesday night as Andrew and his team led a worship encounter service, God used their music to bring radical victory and powerful freedom to many people who had been bound by the enemy. We heard testimony after testimony of people telling us they had never been free enough to truly worship until that night.

Actually, we have never had such a huge and positive response from our congregation of 1400 people about a guest singer or speaker as we had with Andrew. The anointing of the Holy Spirit flowed through the music to change the atmosphere in our Church. Andrew's teaching on the topic of praise and worship was down to earth,

Biblical and relevant so that all could understand it.

We are honored to call Andrew and his team our friends and co-laborers in Christ, fighting to build the local church around the world. As well as pastoring our Church we have two television program outreaches and we travel around the world sharing the power of the kingdom, and we know the need is very great.

Andrew's ministry is relevant and timely for the pain and chaos we see in people’s lives and in our world. His humility, servant-hearted attitude and commitment to integrity are truly rare. We look forward to having Andrew back again very soon, as we all continue to lift the name of Jesus for all to see.

Hi Andrew,
I just wanted to thank you for your ministry yesterday at Crossway Baptist.
We didn't get a chance to catch up in person yesterday,

My name is Mark I was the guy sent up to the piano yesterday.
As I sit here writing this, listening to your 'Smooth Jazz CD' (great by the way!)

I am surrounded by boxes of  gear, Protools HD system,  Neve summing amp, Massenburg Preamps, etc etc all bought with the intention of using them to record music for Worship.

They have sat unused for almost a year because 'life got in the way'. Yesterday you challenged us to commit to more than servanthood.
I am writing to you now as an accountability statement to make good on a commitment I know God called me to 5 years ago.

I am committing to putting aside the fear of not being good enough, the fear of not knowing how to create a good sound, the fear of thinking I was too old now, and to simply do what I was inspired to do all those years ago.

Thank you for your message Andrew, it touched my heart!

Hi Andrew,

I had to let you know that I was healed in the service tonight as I stepped out in faith and danced on the enemy; pain left my body!  The symptoms I had were of glandular fever, my heels were so painful when I came to the Worship Service and I also had incredible pain in my elbow joints...

Now I'm completely pain free! Hallelujah! Thank God!

Just wanted to say thank you for one of the best and most practical seminars I have been to for years. I go to a fair number of seminars for my profession and it would have to rank up there with the best in terms of content, organisation and quality of presenters.

I really appreciated that you started right with the basics but moved with a pace that kept everyone interested. I’ve been involved with sound on and off for over 15 years at various churches in Canada, the UK and here and no one has ever shown me even the basics of what we covered this weekend. I’m totally surprised that considering that I was doing everything wrong that we ever had anything even close to what we thought was good sound!

I’m a guitarist and I’ve always done sound because 1) there usually aren’t enough people who are interested in running sound to fill the roster, 2) I have always felt it was important to know what it was like to be on the other end so that I can know what to ask for from the stage, and 3) I’ve always thought it was a good way to improve my ears as a musician.

I had no idea what a parametric EQ was. This has revolutionised the way I approach sound.

When we got back on Saturday night to Ballarat, I discovered that I was rostered on for Sunday morning. I have never, ever been that excited to be on sound before. The three of us that were at the seminar got there early. We didn’t try to change everything but we used what we learned and I can proudly say that the sound was pretty decent yesterday!

We discovered that ‘A’ is a really resonant note in our building and we are committed to buying an 31-band EQ for the church so that we can get it right.

Thanks again for passing on your wisdom. You have created in me a desire to learn even more about running sound well and passing on what I have learned. May God bless you and your efforts to improve our serving the kingdom through sound.
