About the Bands...
Consists of some of the finest musicians and most passionate, committed people in Australia. The lineup changes from time to time because of availablity; with me on the most recent USA tour was Jaydn from Wagga Wagga, Australia and also assisting us on drums and bass has 
been Josh and Sam Haines from Wisconsin.
For many tours, along with Cameron Murison,

Is a pretty cool lead guitarist and awesome singer, and is based in Brighton, UK and has joined us on many World Tours.
Mr. Jonathon Barbargello
Played drums on 2 World Tours and our QLD Tour as well as featuring an amazing drum solo on Worship Encounter 1 CD and the more recently recorded W.E. 2 CD. Jono won the Australian drum soloing competition at the age of 16 in the open age category as one of Australia's best drummers. He would practice 5 hours a day and still has an amazing practice discipline!

Arrowhead Ministries
Exists to reinforce the culture of worship in local churches with preaching, teaching and training of congregations through bible-based experiential "worship encounters" and concerts. Reaching all believers and non-believers, providing practical worship seminars for musicians, singers, technical and creative teams, lifting the standard of excellence and anointing within each local church.

We see stadiums full of believers and non-believers coming to God in their thousands, tears flowing down their cheeks in true repentance. Our ministry utilises all mediums of music, lighting, video footage, multi-media, and sound effects to reinforce the preaching and communication of the truth within powerful worship.

About Us
Andrew and Desma - Arrowhead ministries exists to "Encourage the worship and arts culture in the local Church". They are training, encouraging and releasing thousands of musicians and singers around the world. Their main message to musicians, singers, sound engineers, production people and artists is: "Anointing, Character & Excellence" - encouraging individuals and teams how to focus on the anointing, growing in their character, as well as developing excellence in their art, their lives, abilities, musicianship and their approach to serving God their churches and teams.
Andrew started his Christian ministry at the age of 17 as a full time youth leader, 
assistant pastor, and music director at the Christian Outreach Centre in Woombye, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. He & Desma while raising a family spent those first 10 years working with, and building the local church.
Andrew is an accomplished singer, songwriter and producer, and artist having recorded and produced more than 47 projects over a period of 20 years in his own "Ironspiration Studios", a facility Andrew runs both for his own projects and for other recording artists.
Andrew's annual schedule includes leading worship, teaching and training worship teams, training pastors and leaders throughout Europe, South Africa, Asia, the USA and Australia. Andrew and Desma now live in Sydney, Australia and belong to Hillsong Church. 
They are proud parents to 5 adult children and Reggie the dog. The family has grown now and their eldest daughter Melody is married to Dave and they now have three children.
Andrew & Desma's goal is specifically to serve and assist the 'worship culture' in the local churches around the world in any capacity, from training worship leaders, musicians, sound engineers, songwriters, church leadership, coaching & mentoring. "We want to see churches learn to work within Gods anointing, to step up in character and achieve great excellence"!
As well as travelling worldwide, Andrew continues to lecture at Hillsong's Leadership College in Sydney.
